Impactful Fund is proud to provide unprecedented free access to the Creative Coping Toolkit (CCT) to every K-12 school, community college and university in the state of Washington for 2 years. Serving 1.4M+ students, educators and families.

Why are we doing this? We believe everyone should have free access to mental health education. It is foundational and directly effects our physical health, academic achievements, relationships and safety.

Our mission is to provide mental health education through stories and to creatively engage and inspire how to safely be there for ourselves and others while learning how to measure impact.

What is the Creative Coping Toolkit?

The Creative Coping Toolkit is a powerful film & evidence-based mental health education program that safely addresses anxiety, suicide, social media addiction, bullying, and belonging. It is appropriate for ages 10+. Learn more about the impact, and for parent, educator, and student testimonials, watch here!

Excerpt from the Angst program: ‘It’s Just A Stomach Ache’

The program features real stories shared by adolescents, caregivers, parents, educators, brain scientists, and medical and mental health professionals. It addresses the brain science behind such topics as anxiety, bullying, social media addiction, digital citizenship, resilience, loneliness, mindfulness, belonging, character skill building, and connection.

Most importantly, we learn that we can address mental health and get help. It doesn't have to be scary or shameful. We are not alone.  We are in this together.

The Creative Coping Toolkit (CCT) is COPPA, SOPA and FERPA compliant.

Impactful Fund is proudly partnered with the University of Washington, Seattle Children's Hospital, Commonsense Media, and NAMI WA.

This program is provided free of charge for our school communities. However you can support our work with a donation to Impactful Fund to keep the program free.. We need your help.

What People Are Saying

This Creative Coping Toolkit has been implemented in schools and districts throughout the country and around the world.

"The films were a powerful tool to help open up conversations about anxiety, digital citizenship, bullying, and belonging. The accompanying tools and resources made it easier to support our educators and keep the conversation going for students and their families."
Dr. Lea Anne Frost

Former President of IAASE & Former Director of Park Ridge-Niles Community Consolidated School District 64

"The Creative Coping Toolkit is chock full of examples, strategies, inspirational quotes, and games that people can play by themselves or with others, and is designed to inspire people to change the way they think, feel, and do. The CCT is an easy and fun way to inspire each other to think more rationally, change feelings, and be happier."
Dr. Jerry Bubrick

Senior Psychologist, Child Mind Institute
